Tuna salad sandwiches are a delicious meal maker any time of day. Add a twist to this classic recipe by replacing the bread with a lettuce wrap. It’s easy to make and the kids will have fun helping.
You will need:
- Tuna salad
- Cheese slices
- Lettuce – butter lettuce or ice berg lettuce work best
How to make it:
- Place individual lettuc leaf with the curve facing up so it forms somewhat of a bowl shape
- Place 1/2 of a cheese slice on the lettuce
- Place 1-2 spoonfuls of tuna salad on top of cheese
- Carefully roll to form a burrito style wrap
- Enjoy!
