Cake mix cookies are super easy to make and oh so yummy! Your preschooler will have a blast helping mix these quick cookies. Choose your favorite cake mix flavor from chocolate to rainbow chip and have fun with this super simple recipe. You’ll have a delicious treat in under 30 minutes that you can even switch up to make new cookies again tomorrow!
You will need:
- 1 package of cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
You to make cake mix cookies:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until blended.
- Drop by teaspoon 1-2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes of until done (some flavors of cake won’t turn golden brown)
Makes approx. 4 dozen.
For extra fun, add in 1 cup of your favorite cookie treat such as chocolate chips, raisins, etc.
This is a great project for practicing direction following and check lists )marking off ingredients as you add them). Let your preschooler help mix up the ingredients or even crack the egg.
